What CPU are you running and at what speed, you'll need the FSB at 1600 or better, might want to post your BIOS setting. Also is this one set of DRAM or is it in two separate sets?

it's QX9650.
With 4G x2(in orange O.C slot), it works fine.
With 4G x4, no boot, no post even FSB 400 x6

So either kit will work fine, just not together? It may be two incompatible kits. Or, try raising NB Voltage to see if that helps.

I've 2 pairs same model. F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL 4G
I bought 1 pairs in Nov or Dec, and bought a new pairs 3 days ago.
The old pairs work ok at DDR3-1600 for months.
But the new pairs don't, Can't boot, no post at DDR3-1600. (can work at DDR3-1333)
None of these two can run on DDR3-1600(old settings)
