Problem with 2 sets of F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ

Put together a new built with the following components:

I7-950
Sabretooth X58 Board Bios Latest
Graphic Card Sapphire 5870
C300 SSD
2 1TB 7200 WD HD
1000W PS
2 sets of F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ for 12 Gig (6 * 2 gig)

The problem I am encountering is the built is not stable in OCCT (Blend) at Stock
Get 2 or 3 errors when both sets are in conducting Memtest4.1 in test 8
No errors when running the sets individual in both Tri-sockets
Mem setting are at 99924 2t
All Voltage configures are at auto

Any ideals

With two sets may have to adjust voltages a bit, would start w/ the DRAM itself, maybe try them at 1.6 if not there already then try up to 1.65
