  • Bad DD3 RAM

    Hello,
I recently bought a a pair of 2 sticks of 2gb dd3 ram from gskill. Turns out one stick is bad according to memtest86 and i want to process a rma.

My question is should i send both of the sticks since they came in one package or just one. The other stick didnt show any errors on memtest.
and for the model number section what do u put? the serial number?
    THanks.

If possible it's generally best to return the set so you get a set back guaranteed to work together, but they will do a single stick RMA, for procedures, can take a look at

    http://www.gskill.com/rma.php

the model # should appear on the package or your invoice and be something to the effect of:

    F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL

can contact (in the Americas) rma@gskillusa.com or World rma@gskill.com for an RMA #

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:
