I ordered a Crosshair IV Formula from Newegg. While on their site the Crosshair Extreme which had been out of stock became available so I decided to buy it instead of the Formula. I placed the Extreme in my shopping cart and searched for the correct ram to buy also. I picked out the GSkill F3-16000CL9T-6GBTDD that was recommended by Asus. When I went to check out the Extreme was already out of stock again so I bought the Formula. I was in a hurry and didn't check to see if the ram was compatable with the motherboard and now after checking see it is not listed for this board with Asus. I also ordered a black Phenom II 1100T. Will this ram work or do I need to send it back and get something else? I am not a gamer so I doubt that the machine will ever be overclocked.
