is this memory compatible ??

process is phenom II 955 black edition

Should, try initially w/ a single stick and may have to increase CPU/NB voltage....Could you post your BIOS settings

i can't get a bios screen

If won't go to BIOS w/ a single stick may see if you can borrow one from elsewhere and try it....if it also fails then may want to check the CPU, make sure there's no thermal compound has seeped into the socket, and that the CPU itself is well seated, ensure the main power and CPU power to the mobo attached, the PSU turned on and plugged in well to both the system and the power outlet, if using a power strip that it also is turned on
