G'day,
SYSTEM INFORMATION:
Memory: Two F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL kits (i.e. 8GB in four, 2GB Modules)
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055T
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 (F5a BIOS)
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition x64
PROBLEM:
My system defaults the memory to DDR3-1333. When I manually change the speed to DDR3-1600 I need to input many different timings.
The BIOS gives two options:
1. SPD; which seems to be for DDR3-1333 and is therefore too "tight". It causes BSODs.
2. Auto; which I presume is a fail-safe and therefore very "loose" (i.e. 11-11-11-29-2N ). I hope to do better.
Some timings are listed on the G.Skill product page (here), but I need help filling in the blanks.
So, can anyone help me with the standard timings for F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL at DDR3-1600?
Freq._____800
Volts_____1.5
tCL_______9
tRCD______9
tRP_______9
tRAS______24
1T/2T_____2
tWTR______?
tRFC______?
tWR_______?
tRTP______?
tRC_______?
tRRD______?
Cheers.
