ram not running stock speed with asus p67 pro

just build my system last night, and checking the ram in the bios it shows running at 1333 instead of 1600 timing is stock and volts are stock as well.

no clue how i can tweak it to 1600mhz helpz

Enable XMP Profile, or just set DRAM Frequency to DDR3-1600.

i found another thread with people having the same problem with me

a random Russian guy suggest toggle the clear RTC RAM, guess i'll try that along with your suggestion tonite THX!

ok to fix ram issue you need to upgrade to the latest bios which as of now is 1053 i think

and if you get boot issues, clear the cmos by going reset the RTC jumper, then try to enable XMP profile in BIOS that should fix ram issue with Asus p8p67 pro boards
