    Hi,

My new system is not very stable, lots of bluescreens and crashes.

It runs OK with only 3 modules installed, if I install 4 Memtest86+ gives me Errors...

    Mainboard Gigabyte GA 870a UD3
    RAM 4x4096MB G.Skill Ripjaws Series DDR3-1333 CL9 Kit
    CPU PhenomII 1090T

I have everything set to auto so
could you tell me the right BIOS settings?

    Thank you
    SimonM.

Check CR (Command Rate), many AMD mobos default to 1N, try 2N. Otherwise manually set CR to 2N, enter your speed, base timings and DRAM voltage and should be okay - possibly have to raise NB .05 to .1

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

      CR is already at 2.
The NB Voltage or the NB-CPU VID ?
Increased both by 0.1V but there are still errors.

Have you run Memtest on each stick individually to make sure you don't have a bad stick

May be the mobo, can try and contact them or maybe GSkill knows of something - they should be in later today

              strange...I changed the following settings:

              CPU-NB +0.15V
              DRAM +0.06V
              timings from 9-9-9 to 8-8-8

and memtest86+ has no more errors ....
But the system still crashes with 4 sticks

              with 3 everything is ok

Could try a little more juice to the CPU and MC

Do you have the latest BIOS?

Might be a problem with the motherboard if any 3 modules work fine.

                  Thank you

might want to raise your tRFC to next highest amount and could you post your BIOS settings

Looks just fine, although typically it should not need the CPU NB VID boost and the DRAM Voltage boost. One or the other.

                          Thank you
