  • Faulty F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK Stick

I have a set of 2 memory sticks F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK bought in February, 2010. The PC has been intermittently going to the BSOD the past 2 months. I ran Memtest86 on both sticks individually. One shows numerous errors and the other tests OK. These were bought as a set of two. I'm requesting an RMA for return. Should I return both sticks or only the faulty one?

They normally will do a single stick RMA, turnaround (back to you from when the get the defective stick) is normally but a few days - will want to contact

    rma@gskillusa.com

The actual procedures can be seen at:

    http://www.gskill.com/rma.php

They should be back working in the offices Monday
