Compatablility ? for Intel dx58so

I am building a new rig Motherboard is dx58so I have a i7 processor and need to know if
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL x4 will be compatable with this set up. 4 of these will max out my slot space and I want to know if their are any known issues with this set up maxed out at 16 gigs? Any help would be greatly apprieciated.

No, make sure you purchase a triple channel kit. Triple channel is very picky, so you will most likely have issues if you purchase individual modules.
