    Hello,

    it seems that some of your manual settings are wrong ...
    first install the 3 modules on red/orange slots.
    reset bios cmos and load default bios settings for your cpu.

    try first with default settings , reboot several times to see if 6 GB are ALWAYS detected.

    if ok test that ;

    let OC on auto
    let all cpu voltage settings on auto
    set DRAM freq at 1600
    set 4 first timings manually for your ram ex 8-8-8-24
    set DRAM voltage manually at 1,60 v for your ram.
    set QPI voltage from 1,27500 to 1,30000 v

    you should see something like that that in everest (MB bios)
    here my qpi is 1,32500v for holding 6x2gb = 12 GB of 1,65 V corsair ram

    or also you can try xmp profile and ajust qpi manually at 1,27500 V

      i am going to try this today and memories installed at orange slots, in black slots they arent working. i tried before after several reboot it detects 6 gb of 6gb. should i have to use the settings which you write or in the images you added? (like blck and cpu ratio because i have the stock fan on cpu)

      NOTE : i have tested memory modules 1 by 1 bios sees each modules 2040mb and 2 by 2 4088mb but when i use 3 sticks sometimes 6136mb sometimes 4088mb. i used memtest86 v3.5 pc locks itself or reboots but it works fine when i test sticks 1 by 1. CPUZ-Z shows 6144 mb all the time, when it shows 4088mb CPU-Tweaker shows 4gb of 6gb but shows memories in slot 1,3,5

        the values are read by everest 5.50, in motherboard bios section

        O/C mode in bios is set on auto.

        then after loading bios defaults i didn't tweak any voltage /cpu settings (all auto or default)

        except for RAM:

        DRAM Freq @ 1600 mhz
        DRAM voltage @ 1,65v
        QPI voltage @ 1,32500
        DRam Timing @ 7-7-7-20

        I use also my cpu i7 975x @ stock speed most of the time.

        For memtest, may be your version buggy, there is a "sticky" in SSD forum for the gparted live CD to secure erase SSD that contains some other tools like linux version of memtest86 and support your cpu with triple channel config. it works here like a charm.

          Yes, v3.5 is not a good test for X58. You will want to use the latest memtest86+ that supports this hardware.

            always the same 4 gb of 6 gb, when i try all the sticks 1 by 1 in each red slots bios and windows sees 2 gb but when i install all the sticks only 4 gb of 6 gb. i am confused that the problem is from memory sticks or smt else???

              If the memory has no issues on your previous motherboard, memory is not bad.
              may be some incompatility with R3E ? it's not listed in Gskill list and asus QVL don't list 6GB kit for this ram, strange ... or may be a bad motherboard.

              Generally, this problem comes from bad cpu installation > bad cpu connections, bent pins in cpu sockey or faulty cpu/ qpi /ram voltages to low or to high...

              Before you RMA your modules, can you take a screenshoot in everest bios section to see what voltages are reporting there ?

              Thanks.

                Feel free to send the memory in for replacements to see if a new kit works better.
