I'm going to buy a new computer, but I have a question about G.SKILL Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 kit (2x4GB) PC310666 1333MHz 9-9-9-24 CL9 (F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL)

The parts are:
ASUS Crosshair Formula IV Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T CPU

My question is: Will the memory that I listed above fit and work on that motherboard?

Yes, "should be" and "are" are two totally different things. I got this memory kit with an Asus motherboard that "should be" fine with it, but it isn't. Look on the list of certified memory for your motherboard, that's the best way to know if it will work.
