F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL and Asus P7P55D-E Pro

New build and installed a set of F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL in an Asus P7P55D-E Pro. Both sticks fail numerous memory tests. Have reseated and tried individualy. Running at stock speeds and also XMP. Tried tweaking the voltage etc.

Any ideas before I RMA?

Prob already tried, but do you have the sticks in the blue slots, or if not try them there. Also do you have the latest BIOS, ver 1002, can be found here

Have the DIMM's in A1 and B1 the blue slots. Have the latest bios and even backed up to a previous version to see if that helped. No go. I do find it unusual that both are testing as bad, I can see having one bad but odds are lower on both being bad.

XMP should definitely work, so go ahead and send those in for new replacements to see if the memory is the problem.
