I understand. Right now it is all up to your representative in Bulgaria. Should he find out that the problem is indeed with the RAM (and not some other X-factor), he promised to replace the kit for me.

Solved!

Got my PC back, finally! RAM was defective indeed, got it replaced with the "weaker" model - PC3-17066 instead of 17600 but it's OK. F3-17066 is rated 7-10-7-27-1T @ 2133MHz and works fine at 2200MHz using the same timings. F3-17600 was rated 7-10-10-28-2T @ 2200MHz and would not run adequately at any lower timings anyway.

We're good, thanks all for your support and I wish you less complaints in the future. As a gesture of excuse for the inconvenience caused, I also received a T-shirt with the G.Skill logo. Really cool!
