Problem with Gigabyte GA-MA785GT-UD3H und G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ

Poblems:

1. memtest86+ throws errors on DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 if both modules are used (adress >4000MB), DDR3_3 and DDR3_4 works fine for both. Single use in DDR3_1 seemingly woks fine for both modules. (All memtest min. pass 5)

2. I installed win7 64bit with the seemingly working configuration (use DDR3_3 and DDR3_4). Everything works fine during the installation (yesterday). This morning I want to finalize the installation...switch on the computer and ran in a BlueScreen during the Windows boot....and again and again (atomatically reboot). Switch off and once again on...and win7 starts as expected (coldboot issue?!).

I'm frustrated...one week analysing, trial and error...so please help me.

Could you post your voltage settings? May have to raise the CPU/MCH and or the HT Voltages a tad (i.e. .o5 or so)
