Configuration for F3-12800CL9T6GBNQ with Asus P6Q motherboard

Hello everyone!

Well i built a system with the following specifications:

Motherboard: Asus P6Q
RAM: F3-12800CL9T6GBNQ 6GHz(3 x 2GHz) 1600MHz
CPU: i7 920 2.67GHz

i would like that someone tell me the BIOS Configuration for the RAM please.

Manually set speed, base timings 9-9-9-24, DRAM voltage 1.6, and command rate 2T or 2N.....if stable can try lowering the DRAM Voltage to 1.5
