  • F3-12800CL7T2-12GBPI with Asus Rampage Extreme II

A few minutes ago, i got my 12GB Kit.

I set the ram @ 1,51V and QPI 1,2V but the system is unstable with prime95

how much can i raise the voltages for QPI to get the ram stable?

tRC make some trouble, it can run with 34 but i can only use 88.

Below 88 the System recognize only 4GB or wont boot.

After 9 1/2 hours Prime 95 (blend) i think i get the Memory stable with:

      DRAM Bus Voltage: 1,51106V
      QPI/DRAM Voltage: 1,23125V

Is there no chance to lower the tRFC from 88 to 34 ?

You can try lowering the tRFC a bit at a time, till you lose stability. tRFC is more a stabilizing setting than a performance setting, a slightly high tRFC may allow you to tighten your timings and/or CL which would increase performance

          Thanks for the info Tradesman,

i lower the tRFC from 88 to 72 and the system run stable (testing about 9hours Prime95).

Maybe i try the way to tighten the timings.

          Thanks!
