Help with timeings

I have an evga x58 board 758 LE. With trident F3-16000cl9t-6gbtd with i7 920. Its o/c to 4.0 running voltage @1.6 1600 whith tiimings @ 9 9 9 24 2t . Since the ram is rated @2000 whith those timings can I drop them to a better value?

Yes, should be able to easily run 8-8-8-24 and probably 7-7-7-21 or 7-8-7-23 or that area, going to CL7 might actually let you 'see' a notable performance increase at 1600 (keep command rate at 2T for CL7, though you could try Command rate at 1T for either CL8 or CL9)
