Setup for F3-10666CL7T-6GBPK

Hello,

I cannot for the life of me find a setup for my BIOS, Rampage II Extreme, i7 950 CPU, for the F3-10666CL7T-6GBPK I purchased a few weeks back (I looked all over the net). I set the parameters to 7-7-7-18, etc, but in CPU-Z, it shows it is running @ 667mhz. Can anyone here give me all of the parameters that need to be set besides these, to get it up to the 1333mhz speed? I think I am missing something.

667 equates to your base 1333 speed (667 * 2), if you were running 1066 it would show 533, 800 shows 400 etc.

Thanks for the reply, as I didn't know that. I do see that under the JEDEC columns that it steps up 518, 592, 666 then 667 under XMP with a 7-7-7-19 CR-2T. I did some 3DMark Vantage test with this setup and it was good. I then let the BIOS auto set it, and it made the setting 9-9-9-24 and then I changed the CR to 1T; I got better performance and the RAM is still cool. I think I will stick with the higher settings while using the lower command rate.
