Can anyone confirm that the above will run together?
If they do, I'd like to know also if they will run at 1333MHz and 7-7-7-21

The two are compatible and will work together fine....big question is what speeds and timings you'll be able to run. You'll prob want at least a 955. And then it might take some tweaking, AMD's MCs aren't all that strong, it should run 1333 Okay but might be CL8 unless you want to juice it up.

I was thinking more for an AMD ATHLON II X3 435 (and in hope for it...).
Can this compination achieve at least: 1333 and CL8?
(else i have to go to F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL and save some money)

Think I'd save the money, if it's a new CPU you probably won't be updating it any time soon....though if you do turn your systems over fairly often, you could spend the little bit extra and downclock it, then could use it with a future build
