But if I set ram speed at 400.I can set FSB at 255 and system is stable. If FSB over 255
    ,it will not boot also.
I setting ram timing as 9-9-9-24 follow spec. And try to increase ram over voltage, but it is
    still not work.
Could you please tell me how can I do..

It appears that ASUS has neglected to put the Command Rate in the BIOS, what you may want to try is loosen the timings and raise the tRFC..or..a better solution may be to reduce the speed and tighten the timings until ASUS can get the BIOS issue resolved...Anumber of others are having trouble w/ the lack of Command Rate issue also, see:

Set VDDNB Voltage to AUTO. Set HT Over Voltage to 1.30V. Set Memory Over Voltage to 1.60V. Keep us posted on the results and we will be able to further assist you.

                  Thank you

You have the same issue as alot of us, the -M and -V board have alot of problems with g skill memory.

have a read, either you will have to wait for bios upgrade whenever they test this ram or buy new ram in the QVL.
