F3-10666cl7d-4gbrh & msi 790fx-gd70

hi,
i've bought 2 pairs of F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH (2x2x2GB = 8GB) and plugged them on a MSI 790FX-GD70. my problem: they are running al cl9, not at cl7. is this normal? what have i to do that they are timed correctly?

Will have to enter stock timings manually as well as speed, DRAM voltage and Command rate to 2N, will also want to check tRFC and prob manually set it also, will want about 195.

[GSKILL TECH]

Set DRAM Frequency - DDR3-1333
DRAM Timing - tCL 7 - tRCD 7 - tRP 7 - tRAS 24 - Command Rate 2
DRAM Voltage - 1.50V

Save and exit, everything should run smoothly after.
