But Memories are in vendors shop,then i would prefer vendor make procedure cause i would not like to be without my computer a lot of days and i suppose they will give me a faster solution...

Can vendor return memories to gskill then in warranty service?

you could discuss with your vendor first
some vendors may give you a new replacement first, then it would be faster
some may still return it to us, then it would be slower
