But I only set these parameters:

Command Rate (CMD) ....................:2

Standard Timing Control
CAS Latency Time........................8
tRCD .........................................8
tRP'...........................................8
tRAS..........................................21

DRAM Voltage ??...........................: 1.600 V

The other parameters I leave all auto.

"Write Recovery Time (tWR) 20T. It should be 12T.": what I have to do with this?

Set tWR to 12T, and see how that works.

As I set tWR to 12T, windows even not pass through working window.
After searching information on inernet, I set as belowing:

tRAS..........................................21

MCH/ICH
MCH Core?????...........................: 1.05


DRAM Voltage ??...........................: 1.600 V

And now it work fine, anyone have same specs as mine could try these setting.
