Problem with F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK on DFI 790GX-M3H5 - no boot

Model of the motherboard: DFI LP JR 790GX-M3H5 Rev AA0
Model of the memory: F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK
Model of the CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620
DFI motherboard error POST code -> C1 (incompatible memory modules or one of the memory modules is defective).

This is a new PC so I can not tell BIOS version.

The F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK memory is listed on DFI site as compatible with 790GX-M3H5

Try downloading Memtest and running it on each stick while the stick is in slot 1. It will let you know if you have a bad stick.

How can I run a Memtest if I can not boot?

Try one stick at a time in slot 1.....if it just won't boot, sounds like you have a problem w/ Mobo, PSU, CPU or elsewhere

I already try one stick at a time in slot 1. Motherboard show error POST code -> C1 (incompatible memory modules or one of the memory modules is defective).

I am going to the local computer store to test memory and motherboard.
