I can't believe I missed the new BIOS release. I'll grab it and update right now. Then I will drop the voltage on the RAM back down to 1.6 and see how it goes. Thanks.

I would like to report that after ten days, with five days of heavy CPU load, that the new BIOS has helped stabilise the RAM and I've had no BSODs. For the moment, BIOS Revision F6 for the win.
