Try these settings and let me know the results. If they still don't work, go ahead and send those in for new replacements.

Have you tried checking out your video card with that program I mentioned diesel? Im not trying to get in your business but it helps to find the root of the problem, diagnosed making it much easier to RMA you some sticks if they are indeed bad. Shoot me your specs on your system and I will see if I can do some research as well, as I said before, I went through this exact problem you are having and it was this: drivers/video card, I got the drivers resolved to the best of my ability (even though 190.62 nvidia drivers fail to impress me - as its been said, "the more options you have in something, the more things can fail"), once I did, the only thing left was power supply, which I tested good on other working devices & vid card. Let me know whats been done, what kind of power supply you have and what kind of video card you have, as that was not before mentioned (I dont think anyway....)

i dont mean to rule it out you guys but i have one of these EVGA 01G-P3-1287-AR GeForce GTX 285 SSC Edition 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card.... so i dont think its a problem my computer is basically brand new, sucks to not be able to use it... all my drivers are updated for everything...

It may have nothing at all to do with the card proper - just saying you might try it with the previous driver or a newer/beta driver. Just would hate to see down time from an unneeded RMA, because if it is, say the graphics driver, you will probably continue to have the same problem after waiting for the RMA exchange and be right where you are now (with a lost 1-2 weeks.

What stepping is your CPU? Try using Command Rate 2T and upping the CPU VCore. Let me know how that goes.
