Sabertooth p67 + i7-2600k + F3-12800CL7D-8GBXM

Hi. I have a question about compatibility RAM G.Skill DDR3 8GB F3-12800CL7D-8GBXM and motherboard Asus Sabertooth P67 b3 revision. My processor is i7-2600k. Memory don`t working on this motherboard,
although it is on the list of supporting. I updated bios to latest version, clear CMOS, removed the battery, change timings, voltage, multiplier but this isn`t help. My old memory G.Skill DDR3 4096MB (F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM) work perfectly. All slots on motherboard working. I think problem may be in processor compatibility.

Should be fine, are they in slots 1-3 from CPU? can you try them in another rig, would be very unusual for 2 dead sticks

Have you tried one module at a time to see if one can boot?

Yes, i tried one module in all slots. My old G.Skill DDR3 4096MB (F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM) work even with another manufacturer CL11 ram.

Feel free to send them in for RMA exchange to see if a replacement works better.
