Asus maximus vi hero

I'm shopping for a new PC setup.
Currently planing on purchasing a ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO
with a Core i7 4770K 3.5GHz Socket LGA 1150

Looking to pickup some fine G Skill RAM to go with this new build.
The RAM qualified vendors list is shown here

Hope to get DDR3 2800 and max out the motherboard RAM at 32GB
What RAM listed below is the better option for this new build?

Either set should be great, the 2nd set (F3-2800C11Q-32GTXDG) is a little more performance oriented it comes in with the CL at 11 vs 12 so one less cycle per operation, faster. It also has more OC headroom if you want to take them higher
