  • Need help asap new ram not booting

Hello gskill people I just bought a new 2x4=8GB RIPJAWS X for my pc but having problem my pc doesn't boot at all not even post screen or bios screen.

I get 3 long beeps looping continuously when I use the new rams.

1.Already test individual rams in all 4 slots none working.
2.Already followed AMD guidelines for 1600 mhz ram still not recognizing ram.

However interesting thing is my previous ram is also 2x2 1600 mhz but its booting fine and recognizing but this new 2x4 Ripjaws x F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL is not at all recognizing in any slot.

I cant even do a memtest cause it wont boot at all.

My motherboard is GA-890FXA-UD7 its written ddr3 1333 mhz is recommended but 1600 mhz also works.
My CPU is Phenom II x4 965 stock clocks.
My previous ram is also gskill only and works fine 1600 mhz.

Please help asap if anyone can help on skype please add me gamer12911.

    Thank you.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

Test one at a time to see if one can boot. Feel free to send the modules in for RMA to see if replacement work better.

Thanks a lot i updated my bios to F5A beta and tested individual modules each.

1st module seems to cause BSODS as soon as loading operating system.
2nd module seems to boot and load windows fine no bsods.

I ran memtests and 2nd module failed only in test 6 with 65535+ errors.
1st module failed in test 6 and 8 both with 65535+ errors.

Did you configure any settings in BIOS? Use our DDR3-1600 guide, or try fail proof settings of DDR3-1333 8-8-8-24 1.50V

Let me know if the system can be stable with those settings.

Does sound like at least one module is bad, so either way you will need to send them in for RMA exchange:
