Hi,

On both a ASUS P8Z77-V LK motherboard and a MSI Z77A-G41 motherboard I get Memtest errors on my Ripjaws ram. The errors come pretty early into the tests and are regardless of the motherboard slot(s) I put the ram into.

The only change I have made on both systems (bought within the last two months) is to update the BIOSes.

What's the best next troubleshooting steps I should try to determine if I should RMA this ram or not?

Sounds like you have at least 1 bad stick...if newly purchased I'd exchange them with your e/re-tailer else RMA through Gskill

No problem,every once in a while a bad stick gets out...let us know how the replacements do!
