G Skill Ripjaws X in ASRock Z77 OC Formula??

I ran across a package deal the other day and ordered an ASRock Z77 OC Formula mobo and 32 GB of F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL RAM. The vendor is very reputable, so I did not bother to check whether this RAM will work in this board. However, after ordering, I see that neither the G Skill website nor the ASRock website list the 2 components as being compatible.

Does anyone know if this will work?

Should be fine with the mobo, are you going with a K model CPU? If so shouldn't be a problem. Make sure you have the latest BIOS, install sticks, enable XMP and select the 1600 profile. If any problems, give us a shout, they are still working on their BIOSs for 32GB and often have them load a bad tRFC (one of the advanced timings), we'll be here to help if needed or to hear of your success
