F3-1866c9d-16gxm not working

I have an ASUS P7H55-M PRO LGA 1156 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131623) paired up with a F3-1866C9D-16GXM. Computer does not post with both sticks. With one stick the system will post but will reboot in less than 10 seconds. Have tried lower speed (800, 1066 and 1333) and timings with no luck. The computer works fine with other DDR3 memory. I really want to get these to work. I would hate to resort to returning to newegg. Any help is appreciated.

Unless they have tried something new with the BIOS, the mobo supports up to 16GB in a 4x4GB set, you are showing a 2x8GB set of sticks. Might look to exchange for a 4x4GB set
