  • Memory crash RIPJAWS F3-128000CL9S-4GBXL

I have Purchased RIPJAWS F3-128000CL9S-4GBXL about 4 months ago .
Initially it gives good results. But now, i usually face BSOD problem on my windows 7 32 bit ultimate . I have submitted my problem in Microsoft's forum and they replied me that i should perform a memory test.
using memtest (memory testing tool) in atachment

    which shows many errors.

I did the same using Windows memory diagnostic tool and found a memory problem .
    My system is
    Intel LGA 1155 , core i 3 3220 ,
    Motherboard Gigabyte B75M D3H

They said me to change the memory stick .

Please reply as soon as possible.

Are you running under XMP or at mobo defaults? Do you have the latest BIOS? If you have the latest BIOS and running under XMP, stick has prob gone bad and you'll want to RMA....

PS - Am deleting the duplicate thread, which is the same

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Try enabling XMP and selec profile 1 (the 1600 profile), the mobo default timings (advanced) may be off for the sticks

If the mobos BIOS is off for the default it could be loading an advanced timings that is way off for the sticks, say the sticks require a tRFC of 88 and the default is setting 50 too fast or even 120 too slow for the sticks that could cause errors, it's just a possibility.

I have updated my BIOS to newer one As said by u.
              My mem-timing are 11-11-11-28
while my RAM cl is 9-9-9-24.
              Should i change that ??

Yes, manually put in the stock timinngs, and maybe add + 0.05 to DRAM voltage initially
