F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT, MOBO compatibility ?

I believe this ram (G.Skill Value Series 2x4gb DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333) exactly matches the existing RAM I have on every single point, but on Newegg under FEATURES, among the compatible MOBO it shows the Intel H55, and I'm running the H67 (Intel R 6 series/C200 H67). Why wouldn't this G.Skill RAM work with my H67 MOBO? Thanks everyone!

It should run OK. If you are trying to add it to another set might not - mixing DRAM can be problematic - however, if mixing try raising DRAM and MC voltage + 0.05
