Should be fine, make sure you have the latest BIOS and be prepared to possibly have to increase the DRAM and/or MC voltage (CPU/NB), not sure if they have the BIOS ready for the 8GB sticks yet....Many mobos are in the same shape so it often takes a slight voltage adjustment. Any problems give us a holler.
