Will the above RAM work out of the box with MSI Mpower Z77 ?
What is the exact height of those modules in mm ?

Snipers are 40 mm and the Ares are 33 mm. By spec either should be fine, but my experiences with MSI and large amounts of DRAM haven't been good....can generally get them to run OK, but has to be done manually...you could go either, if any problems I'm certain we can set them up manually
