F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL errors / bsod

Motherboard: Asus P7P55D-E Pro
CPU: Core i5 750
Ram: F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

I have a lot of BSOD in Windows 7 Pro 64bits.
In memtest, i have a lot of errors. My bios is update. I tried also a memtest on another computer : same result. I tried different settings in the bios, without good results.
Do you thinks the ram is wrong ?

Are you running Memtest on each stick individually? If not, I'd try that (maybe only 4-5 passes should suffice on each stick). If you already tested them individually, then I'd return for an exchange or RMA the set.

I tried a memtest for each stick individually. On the two computer, 10s after the beginning, there are errors.... Only one stick is bad, in my opinion...
