I've been having random bluescreens (PFN list corrupt, IRQL not less or equal, just about every different BSOD I've ever seen) with this memory kit but only when both modules are installed in dual channel configuration. I ran each module separately for months flawlessly. It's only when both modules are installed that it random BSODs. It usually BSODs overnight most nights but sometimes it goes for a few days, other times it will bluescreen within 5 minutes of a reboot. Seems completely random.

    What I've tried:

each stick separately for months at a time...flawless. Tried single sticks in different slots. Same thing.

Moved them from slot 1 and 3 to 2 and 4. BSODs.

Lowered DRAM frequency from 1600 to 1333 to 1066. No effect.

Reset CMOS to failsafe defaults. No effect.

    Currently using SPD values. 9-9-9-24-2T.

Is there anything else I should try? I'm thinking of moving it to a single-channel config but I hate to give up dual channel without exhausting other possibilities.

Most 955s can't carry two sticks of DRAM at 1600, you could try it at 1600, and raise the DRAM voltage + 0.75 and the CPU/NB + 0.13.....if that doesn't work would drop to 1333 and keep the DRAM voltage as indicated above and see how that does

Hey there, thanks for the reply. Just want to double check that you're suggesting I set DRAM voltage to 1.5 + .75 = 2.25 volts. That seems like quite a jump.
