Density of F3-10666CL7Q-8GBXH?

Hi I'm looking for a very specific set of memory due to an older motherboard not supporting chip density over 1GB per side. It is an Intel DP45SG and I have had many issues in the past buying memory only for it to not work because it was single sided modules with 2GB on that one side. I've been looking everywhere and nothing lists the density of these modules.

What is the memory layout of F3-10666CL7Q-8GBXH modules?
