Ideal settings for F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL with GA-Z77X-UD5H?

Hey guys,

A few years ago you were a huge help with my previous build. I just bought a new computer and I'm wondering if you could help me similarly.

I have F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL RAM with a Z77X-UD5H motherboard and i5-3570K processor.

Is it even necessary to manually enter optimal settings in the BIOS, or will the 1600 XMP profile basically do it automatically? I seem to recall having no luck with XMP with my last build.

XMP should pick it up with no problem, just take a look and make sure it loads the base timings correctly, as said it should but always a good idea to check
