Maximus V 3770k

Building a new pc and since things went great with my last build using g.skill, I'm loyal and want to go the g.skill route again

New build will be the following:

Maximus v extreme with a 3770k

Stability is my number one concern

Which ram would you go with? Thinking about one of these 8x2 sets

F3-2133C9D-16GXH

Or

F3-1600C9D-16GXM

Either will work fine, I like the High set (F3-2133C9D-16GXH) with CL9, with your CPU can prob run 2400 if you wanted at CL10

Would the 2133 Xmp profile force a CPU over clock? I saw that the 2133 requires 1.6 volts

I was leaning towards the 1600, but if the stability is the same - i guess the 2133 wouldn't be bad for a few extra bucks

It will require an OC, but with the 3770K there's lot's of OC room. I'm running the 3570K on air, @ 4.7 and idle is around 37 (I'm in AZ so it's warmer here than many places)...and voltage wise is no problem. I'm currently running 32GB of 2400 (takes 1.65) and temps are no problem.
