Thanks Tman...I forgot to give the CPU/NB a bit more juice. I will give 9-9-9-24 another go, this time with CPU/NB at 1.2V. Do you guys think I need to up the DRAM Voltage?

Can take it up, + 0.05 is generally a good starter, and can always drop it back down if not needed

Thanks...I will give CPU/NB +0.1V (as recommended in that guide you linked) and DRAM +0.05V

I guess my old RAM (OCZ Gold Low Voltage CL8) was running 8-8-8-24 1.5V not 8-8-8-24 1.35V as rated with a CPU/NB 1.35V

I should follow up and say that I am very pleased to be able to say that i am now running 1600 9-9-9-24 @1.5V with no issues!
