I have a set of G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 24GB (6 x 4GB), but they are NOT running in triple channel? I can't figure out why this is occurring.

Check with CPU-Z and take a look in the memory tab, it will show whether running in single, double or triple channel mode.

Check that all sticks are firmly seated, the system, appears it's only running on two channels so could be bad mobo, CPU has a bad MC (Memory Controller)...can pull the CPU, make sure there's no thermal compound on the bottom of the CPU or in the socket, check for bent/broken pins in the socket, if all is well reseat the CPU, new thermal compound, and be careful installing the cooler, don't overtighten

I will. I got a project I have to finish and then I should be able to test.

Such a late response I know, but I have tried everything suggested and the ram still runs in dual channel only. Any other ideas or info I can provide to help assist in trouble shooting?

My processor should support triple channel and so should the MOBO, but here are the specs for my processor, just in case this may be whats causing it...

I'd have to say I think it's a BIOS or mobo problem, I've run all kinds of combos of sticks on tri-channel mobos, even pulling 3 sticks from a true quad channel set, 3 sticks from 2 2x2GB sets, etc....Not sure what to tell you, other than to check w/ EVGA....
