Memory Settings F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B for EVGA 680i

So I am way out of the loop on hardware these days. I am having a major brainfart but think this might be correct.

System:
EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor BX80580Q8200


In my BIOS I have the following manual settings:
4-4-4-12 2T
2.1V
DDR Freq set to 533

CPU-Z is showing the following on the Memory tab:
DRAM Freq: 266.7
FSBRAM 5:4
4-4-4-12-15-2T

If I do 266.7x4=1066.8mhz

This is correct, isn't it? I'm just so out of the loop with hardware these days. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If more information is required please let me know and I will have it tomorrow evening.

DDR Freq should be set to DDR2-800 (400MHz in CPU-z)

With those timings, it will be max performance for your system.

Also, DRAM Voltage is OK with 2.0V

According to the settings you are running at 533, with 1066 sticks I'd go to either 800 or 1066 if your mobo can handle it (1066). Set your BIOS timings to 800 (for 800), 5-5-5-15, 2T, 2.1 DRAM voltage

Memory Voltage should be 2.0V
