Hi forum! i have the pleasure of owning your product close to 2 years. love service and forum is great information thank you! Would like help to take my ram to the max! and if it breaks well it needed to be replaced with something faster anyway
    my main concern are timings.
at present my settings are as follow

    Robust Graphics Booster ... [AUTO]
    CPU Clock Ratio ........... 10
    CPU Frequency ............. 3.33GHz (333*10)
CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) .... 333
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)..100
    DRAM Performance Control
    Performance Enhance..............[STANDARD]
    Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.)..[Disabled]
    (G)MCH Frequency Latch...........[Manual]
Memory to Bus Ratio ............ 1:1
    Memory Frequency (Mhz) ..........333
    DRAM Timing Selectable ..........[Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time...4
    tRCD ..............4
    tRP'...............4
    tRAS...............12

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD...............4
    tWTR...............4
    tWR................8
    tRFC...............48
    tRTP............... 4
    Command Rate (CMD)....2

    CPU Vcore...............1.26v
    CPU Termination…........1.200v
    CPU PLL………….............1.500v
    CPU Referen............:0.760v

    >>>MCH/ICH
    MCH Core.........1.220v
    MCH Reference....0.760v
    MCH/DRAM Ref.....0.900v
    ICH I/O..........1.500v

Could try tweaking the the CR to 1T, may need a bit of NB or DRAM additional voltage

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

My P-35-DS3L can run 8gigs of this memory at the following settings:

      DRAM Performance Control
Performance Enhance..............[Turbo] but I am not overclocking the processor

      System Memory Multiplier ........[2.4] 333Mhz
      Memory Frequency (Mhz) ..........800Mhz
      DRAM Timing Selectable ..........[Manual]

      Standard Timing Control
      CAS Latency Time...4
      tRCD ..............4
      tRP'...............4
      tRAS...............10

      Advanced Timing Control
      tRRD...............3
      tWTR...............3
      tWR................6
      tRFC...............40
      tRTP............... 3
      Command Rate 2

      Motherboard Voltage Control

      CPU Vcore...............1.10v
      MCH Core.........1.10v
      DRAM Voltage ........1.86

You can see screen shots in my thread of HWmonitor, Memset and CPUZ showing these settings except for MCH. You will just have to take my word for that voltage.

      http://gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=10206

Please notice settings in BIOS differ in Memset for:
      tWTR set 3 Memset 10
tWR set 6 Memset 13 Write to precharge delayed
      tRTP set 3 Memset 5

      My board also has
Static t Read value set to 5
Static t Read Phase Adjust set to Auto, this may be tCR.

With 8gigs of memory Cas 4 is the only latency that will pass memory tests without errors.

      Good Luck.

      Edit:
Please note I am running set F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B, which may have different chips.

Appreciate it! It's looking good, that doesn't mean you still can't play, keep a copy of your good, current, stable settings as fallback and can always experiment with the timings, might get something like MaxxMem to give you a graphical look at where you are, and then what the system does as you experiment. Have a feeling there won't be anymore drastic increases memory wise without raising FSB or DRAM Freq

i EDIT my post #1 used to be E6400 thank you for all you dew! my SPD says (4-4-4-10 TRFC 16) at 266MHz is that correct? those timings seem pretty low?

Those are nice tight timings at 266, but thats in the SPD - which is just for info puposes, can find what you are running by using CPU-Z, run it and look int Memory Tab
