M3a78-em + f2-6400cl5s-2gbpq

I'm looking for new memory modules in order to update my computer:

asus M3A78-EM bios updated
AMD Athlon x4 640 quad core

Actually the only option that likes me was F2-6400CL5S-2GBPQ but I couldn't found information about either is or not compatible with my motherboard.

do you have some information about that? I expect they work at 800 mhz

strange, but a really value information,

F2-6400CL5S-2GBPQ they only work on 800 mhz and 533 mhz. no more modes available

and it doesnt matter if the box says "single channel". dual channel can be perfectly implemented

Basically any time with DDR2 you put in two sticks in the proper slots they can work in dual channel...if...they work together. Can even take 800 and 667 and 533 sticks and put together, though the 800 will drop and run at 533, in other words, when mixing sticks they will run at the speed of the slower stick.....again, if they work together, and often they will....DDR3 gets a little harder.
