hello, i have p5q pro turbo using the( f2-9600cl5 ) two sticks at 4 gigs total , Q9550 cpu, i would like the correct bios settings to run them at ddr2 1200 without overclocking the cpu

The 9550 runs native on a 1333 FSB, so no need to OC, just want FSB at 1333, ensure you have the latest BIOS, go into the BIOS set the sticks for 1200, and set the base timings to what's on the package or sticks (don't know what set you have), CR to 2T and voltage to the sticks spec.
