      I don't have 74 at tRFC so I'll choose or 70 or 80... And this, you say with 5-6-6-20 as you said before???

      The options I have for timings are this:

      Uploaded with ImageShack.us

      I tried with 5-6-6-20..70...

      Then i tried with 5-6-6-20...80...

      Then i tried with 5-6-6-22...80...

      Well, I've tried some more options but all came up with errors...

      I've tried all tRFC from 80 to 132 (80, 85, 105, 132)
      I've tried also 6-6-6-18...85... 6-6-6-20...85... 6-6-6-22...85... 6-6-6-25...85...

      All were no good...

      Is it possible that mems are asking for more tension/volts? I didn't want to risk over 2.10v wich is the actual voltage that I'm using...

          Ok, I'll try that.

          Just for you to know, I have a home made memory cooler with 3 small fans... So, it's a small help to prevent from killing my modules...

            Try 5-7-7-20.

            Always make sure tWR is set to 8.

            Thank you

                  tRFC is fine with 70.

                  Have you tried adjusting voltages? Some are very high, but I'm not too sure if they need to be. Also, you can try slightly lower frequency, then work your way up. It may not be the timings holding you back.

                  Thank you

                    The last voltage I've tried was 2.14v... I'll try 2.00v.

                    The FSB Strap to North Bridge has any influence?

                    Thanks

                    Edit:

                    2.00v not good too... I'm going to lower it a bit more...

                    Testing with 1.90v... -> No good...

                    Tested 1.94v -> No good...
                    Testing 2.02v -> No good...

                    Testing now 5-6-6-20 ... 70 ... 8 at 1.96v -> No good!

                    --------------------------------------

                    Now testing 5-6-6-20...70...8 at 1.90v at DDR2-1132Mhz - No good...
                    Now testing 5-6-6-20...70...8 at 1.90v at DDR2-1120Mhz - 5 passes in test #5 of memtest86+ v4.20 and no errors. I'm assuming that's 100% stable...

                    --------------------------------------

                    Now testing 5-6-6-20...70...8 at 1.90v at DDR2-1129Mhz - No good...
                    Now testing 5-6-6-20...70...8 at 1.90v at DDR2-1127Mhz - No good - 2 errors (at least)
                    Now testing 5-6-6-20...70...8 at 1.90v at DDR2-1124Mhz - No good - 4 errors in 4 passes at test #5 in memtest86+ v4.20!
                    Now testing 5-6-6-20...70...8 at 1.90v at DDR2-1122Mhz - No good... - 2 errors in 10 passes at test #5 in memtest86+ v4.20!

                    --------------------------------------

                    Looks like that with this settings, the max I can get is DDR2-1120Mhz...

                    You think i can't get any further?

                      May have hit the wall, to get any higher would prob have to drop to CL6 and then would more than likely see a little gain in frequency, but a bigger drop to overall performance

                        I will try some more volts just to make sure it's not the vDimm that's holding me back.

                        Has the FSB strap to NB nothing to do with memory stability?

                          The vDIMM is OK, 2.10V+

                          What I mean is the NB Voltage, tweak this instead.

                          Thank you

                            Is there any way that i can find out if my NB settings are stable?

                              Can run Prime or a different stress testing program...

                                Well, I've been trying to check how much I can raise FSB with CPU multi on 6 and mems at 1:1 (wich is 400Mhz divider, can't select lower, ), but at 525Mhz, I think I'm stable with Prime95 but randomly I have Explorer and Firefox crashes...

                                I don't know if Prime95 really stresses NB. I've tryed IBT and it's ok too but Explorer and Firefox crashes sometimes randomly...

                                I'll keep testing...
