What is the difference between the NT, NQ and PQ versions of the F2-6400CL5D DDR2 800 ram? Just adding some ram (going all new) to this vanilla (no OC) system. I know the NT doesn't have a heat spreader. Anything else?

System is running XP 32 bit. Don't know if I should get 4 gigs of NT, NQ or PQ??? I'm staying away from the 1066 high voltage ram. I know 1 gig will be wasted on the 32 bit system.

Believe they NQ and PQ use different memory chips than the NTs, but otherwise pretty much the same as far voltage and running CL5...and as you mentioned the the NTs don't have heat spreader
